Resources for OCD, Trauma, and PTSD

These resources are for professionals, people with lived experience, and family/supports.

Resources for Sexual Orientation (SO) and Gender-Themed OCD.

These resources are encouraged to be used for psychoeducation exposures for SO- and gender themed OCD. Psychoeducation exposures serve multiple functions: to provide corrective information where needed, and to provide opportunities for exposure to anxiety-provoking content that is both accurate and justice-oriented.  For more detailed recommendation on their use, please see: Pinciotti, C. M., Smith, Z., Singh, S., Wetterneck, C. T., & Williams, M. T. (2022). Call to action: Recommendations for justice-based treatment of obsessive-compulsive disorder with sexual orientation and gender themes. Behavior Therapy, 53(2), 153-169. doi: 10.1016/j.beth.2021.11.001
